By a unanimous resolution, passed at the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections Open Meeting of July 25, 2007, the Board approved to temporarily relocate the City of Charlotte voters, under the authority of North Carolina General Statutes 163-128(a), for 3 precincts for the September 11, 2007 Primary, as follows:

Precinct 205 to Precinct 204 (191 eligible voters)
Precinct 209 to Precinct 223 (27 eligible voters)
Precinct 225 to Precinct 77 (1 eligible voter).

As a result, the results from these precincts are included in the reported results for the place into which they have been relocated.
